A) The above Described Bitch/Dog has been placed with the above described Buyer for the amount of $ ________________ and _________ Pick Puppy back.
B) Required shots for the above Bitch/Dog are up to date.
C) The above described Bitch/Dog has produced puppies or is of an age to be bred.
D) Dawn Shepherd is to receive the pick puppy(s) of her choice from the above described Bitch/Dog.
E) Dawn Shepherd will retain the AKC papers until this agreement is fulfilled.
F) AKC papers will be provided to the buyer when this agreement is fulfilled.
G) When the financial and pick puppy portion of this agreement is completed, this contract will be considered fulfilled.
H) Should there be only one puppy from the first litter, Dawn shall have the choice of taking the puppy or waiting until the next litter.
I) The pick puppy portion of this contract must be completed within one year of the buyer taking possession.
J) The above described Bitch/Dog must remain with the buyer until this contract is fulfilled.
K) The buyer, as described above assumes all liability and responsibility for the care and welfare (including medical) on the date that the new owner takes possession (see date of possession above) of the above described Bitch/Dog.
