Abby & Ryley
Hi Tom & Dawn,
Just thought I'd let you know how the pups are doing. We are enjoying them so much. They are so darling. Potty training is going good, they have more hits on the puppy pad then misses:-) Can't wait for this weather to break so we can get them outside. Abby ( black & white) is very cautious and laid back, Ryley ( gold & white) on the other hand, is not afraid of anything and is very out-going. Ryley does like being the leader, but Abby does a great job of holding her own when she is not too happy. Both are very protective of each other. They clean each others faces. One will squeal when I have the other in the sink getting a fanny wash and is out of sight of the other. We have a step down family room from the kitchen. Abby has learned to navigate this very well with the aid of a pillow and Ryley flies over it.
They went to the vet today for check ups and ear cleansing. Our vet was very impressed with the records you kept and gave to us. She said that you were very thorough and " Made good healthy puppies." I know you already know this, but it's always good to hear when it's coming from an un-biased animal professional and especially after all the hard work and effort you put into your breeding program. Riley weighed in at 3.2 lbs. and Abby 2.8lbs. We will keep you posted as to their progress. Thanks again, we absolutely adore both of them. Frank & Jan
